Early winners announced in our nutrition competition!
Much congratulations to Greg Tulley from the Nepalese Youth Opportunity Foundation in Nepal and Henry Osadolor from the Centre for Community Development in Nigeria for winning the coveted Early Entry Prize in our nutrition competition! It was a hard choice with many good entries, but Greg and Henry's were among the most innovative.
Greg brings to us Nutritional Rehabilitation Homes in Nepal, which nurse children back to health while mothers are educuated on nutrition and armed with the tools to tell others.
Henry champions the use of a Moringga plant, a rich source of nutrients. By teaching people in Nigeria how to plant and use the leaves, he diversifies the local diet, typically dependent on low-nutrient cassava.
